Rear Extension Limeslade
This project in Limeslade, near Mumbles involves the strategic modernization of a contemporary coastal home. To better balance the existing first-floor living arrangement, a new ground-floor garden room is proposed to replace a legacy conservatory. This modern intervention utilizes large-format glazing to maximize natural light and capture panoramic maritime vistas. The architectural scope further includes the conversion of the garage into a refined living space and a comprehensive recladding of the building’s envelope, transitioning the property toward a more sophisticated, coastal-modern vernacular.

Rear Extension Pont Nedd Fechan
Set on the fringes of Glynneath within the Brecon Beacons National Park, this project involves a comprehensive internal reconfiguration complemented by a substantial single-story extension. The works redefines the ground floor as a fluid sequence of interconnected spaces, whilst also creating an expansive kitchen and lounge. The design utilizes a clean parapet line to mask the green roof and overhead lighting, maintaining a minimalist profile. Two sets of glazed doors create a seamless threshold between the new open-plan interior and the external landscape and the views beyond.

Rear Extension Aberdulais
Located within an established development in Aberdulais, Neath, this project proposes a significant enhancement of the ground-floor living quarters. The design introduces an expansive kitchen and lounge area, defined by a wraparound pitched roof that elegantly conceals the primary flat-roof structure. This architectural detail provides a traditional silhouette while facilitating a contemporary, seamless transition between the refined interior and the primary garden aspect.

Rear Extension Bryncoch
Located between Bryncoch and Neath, this property shares a characteristic architectural style with the surrounding neighbourhood. The rear extension features a vaulted roof and expansive glazing, designed to create a light-filled interior that captures the striking views of the mature woodland behind the home.

Barn Conversion Rhydyfro
This project involves the adaptive reuse of an agricultural barn in Rhydyfro into two high-end holiday lets. The architectural approach prioritizes the building’s historic fabric, utilizing existing apertures to maintain its rustic character while introducing modern functionality. A primary feature of the proposal is the transformation of the rear brick extension; once utilitarian livestock housing, it is set to become an elegant outdoor sanctuary comprising private terraces and bespoke alfresco dining spaces. Parking is proposed at the front along with extensive landscaping scheme.
